Refund Policy

Refunds are honoured in three cases: a missed deadline (without prior agreement), demonstrable plagiarism in the deliverable, or failure to follow the project brief in a material way.

Requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery to tutorsgallery@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
